Program: Let’s Pretend
Artist: Patricia Flynn
Type: Workshops / Residencies
Program Availability: In-Person
Description
Dramatic play is one of the richest learning experiences for young children. In this workshop, theater games and improvisational activities engage the imagination, reasoning, and problem-solving skills of children and help them work well in a group. Familiar characters and stories come to life, and students have the chance to make up their own! This workshop can provide an introduction to the delights of performance or, over a series of visits, result in students performing their own stories.
