Artist Statement

Through Art springs the transfer of knowledge and deeper understanding in all subjects. The fostering of creative thinking in my students leads them toward success in every profession. Art makes a difference in the lives of students of all abilities. By enthusiastically engaging students through the creative process, they develop their critical thinking skills as they discover new ways of seeing and learning about the world around them.

Artist Bio

Cynthia Scott is a graduate of Tyler School of Art and has her Master’s Degree in Education from Holy Family University. She is a working artist and a Pre-K to 12 Certified Art Specialist. She has taught aart at all grade levels in local school districts. She is a volunteer at the James A. Michener Art Museum and teaches art to students in her barn/studio in Bucks County, PA.
